A couple of people have asked why we didn’t post anything on International Women’s Day this year. Given that we’re an 80% women-led team, founded by a woman, and surrounded by an incredible network of women—clients, suppliers, collaborators—you might have expected to see something from us.
The truth is, we didn’t feel the need. Not because we don’t think it’s important – far from it. But for us, it’s not about one day. It’s about what happens all year round.
At We Are Pink, we celebrate the impact of women in business year-round. We support one another, collaborate, deliver work we’re proud of and choose to work with brilliant people who inspire us every single day. Honestly, that feels more powerful than a one-off post.
But, of course, that doesn’t mean we don’t want to shine a light on the incredible women we’re lucky enough to work with. Here is a little snapshot of just some of the amazing women we get to work with – not just for IWD, but because they deserve to be celebrated every day.
