The full-time team – Nicola, Jo, Emily, Esther, and Abbie – work closely with clients every day to ensure everything runs smoothly. Then, there’s, Dave, Abigail, and Bertie – all long time collaborators who bring their expertise to every project and feel just as much a part of the team.

It’s this mix of in-house and freelance talent that makes We Are Pink what it is, and the team has been working together for a long time.

Nicola is the founder of We Are Pink. She started the agency in 2011 with the goal of helping businesses grow through marketing and PR. Nicola is focused on building strong relationships with both clients and the team, making sure everyone is always moving forward. She’s hands-on, still working directly with clients and bringing fresh ideas.

Jo is the organisational backbone of the team, making sure everything stays on track. She ensures that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, allowing the team to focus on creativity.

She’s always going the extra mile for both clients and colleagues, and her care for everyone shines through in everything she does. Outside of work, Jo enjoys exploring new places and recharging by going to gigs and concerts.

Emily has a unique ability to capture the moments others might miss, turning them into content that truly connects. She carefully plans and manages social media posts and digital campaigns to ensure each brand comes to life in an authentic and engaging way.

Working with clients like The Bagelry and Blackpool BIDs, Emily’s strong organisational skills help her deliver strategic campaigns on time and with impact. Known for her down-to-earth personality, she easily puts people at ease and builds great relationships.

Esther is the ultimate organised professional. Give her a task, and it’s done – usually ahead of schedule. She’s all about keeping things running smoothly while also bringing fresh ideas to every project.

Her attention to detail and perfect time management ensures that everything is on track and done right. From social media content to supporting creative campaigns, she adds a fresh perspective that keeps things exciting.

Abbie writes and distributes press releases that get clients noticed, and keeps media lists fresh across every account, always looking for new ways to secure coverage. She also helps build social plans, liaises with businesses, and heads out for engagement visits and organises content creator visits.
