Who We Are
Since 2011, We Are Pink has grown into a multi service PR, marketing and communications agency working locally, regionally and across the UK.
Our team covers PR, social media, branding, design, video, photography, digital and events, so work can be delivered in one place rather than split across multiple suppliers.
We help organisations communicate their role, their value and the people they need to reach, turning plans and activity into something that makes sense to businesses, partners and stakeholders.
Our work spans independent brands, hospitality, local authorities, regeneration organisations and Business Improvement Districts.
A large part of what we do is place based, supporting towns and destinations to present themselves in a clear and credible way.
We regularly work alongside councils, boards and private sector partners, where timing, accuracy and collaboration matter.
The agency is led by Nicola Pink, who has more than twenty years’ experience in journalism, communications and public relations, bringing a strong understanding of how the media works and how organisations present themselves publicly.

We produce content that explains what you do in a way people understand.
That includes press coverage, website copy, award submissions and campaign messaging, all created with how it will be seen, read and responded to in mind.
Creative
We develop creative that supports the work around it and gives it impact.
From brand identity and campaign visuals to influencer activity and photography, everything is designed to improve how a business or place is presented.

Our team is small by design. You work directly with the people delivering the work, not layers of account management.
We stay close to projects, understand the detail and keep things moving.
When needed, we bring in trusted specialists we’ve worked with for years, from designers to photographers.
