Having worked with hospitality brands for the past 13 years, we know a good one when we see it.

The Bagelry is one of Liverpool’s best-loved independents – known for hand-rolled bagels, ridiculously good donuts and a team that keeps things friendly, fast and fun. From their flagship store in Chinatown to their suburban spot on Dovedale Road, they’ve built a brand full of personality and purpose.

We’ve been brought in to support Sam and Nat with their social content. It’s been lovely working so closely with them – and the wider team – to keep things feeling consistent and fresh, while staying true to everything people already love about The Bagelry.

From content planning and photography to captions, copy and comms, we’re helping them talk to their 50,000-strong social following in a way that feels clear, confident and full of character. The team are up for it, the brand’s got personality in spades, and there’s always something worth sharing.
