When we work with a company, we do more than act as an external agency. We become part of the team.
For businesses like Cara Group, we might as well be in the same office. From PR and social media to branding and website development, we embed ourselves in their world, working as an extension of their team no matter how many miles apart we are.
Cara had a huge 2024, securing major contracts, launching new initiatives and strengthening its position in the construction industry. We supported them every step of the way, helping to tell their story, celebrate their people and showcase their impact.
A key focus was Future Skills, Cara’s training division, which needed a refresh to reflect its growing influence. We designed the branding from the ground up, creating a strong identity that positioned it as a leader in construction training. We also redeveloped the website, making sure it was easy to use for potential trainees, employers and partners. With over 7,000 followers on LinkedIn alone, Future Skills already had an engaged audience, so we built on this momentum by managing social media content that reinforced its authority and highlighted real success stories.
Beyond training, Cara had a standout year across its core business. We helped amplify some of its biggest wins, including partnerships with Morgan Sindall, Willmott Dixon and McLaren Construction Group, making sure their successes reached the right audiences. PR efforts secured media coverage in key industry and regional publications, reinforcing Cara’s reputation for delivering quality and innovation.
Their commitment to community impact was another key theme, with initiatives like Cardiac Risk in the Young, the Greater Manchester Mayor’s Charity bus pull and Ashton Central Swimming Club sponsorship demonstrating how they go beyond construction to make a real difference. We made sure these stories were told in a way that felt as genuine and people-focused as the work itself.
We also played a key role in award submissions, helping Cara put forward strong entries that recognised their achievements in training, sustainability and innovation. The momentum built in 2024 has set them up for an even bigger 2025 and we will be right there with them. Not just as an agency but as part of the team.
