We’ve worked with Delifonseca since 2012 to raise the profile of and manage the excellent reputation of the Liverpool foodie establishment.

Having made a name for itself as one of the region’s best restaurants, Delifonseca also houses its own deli and food hall, selling quirky, locally sourced produce and household essentials. 

To place Proprietor Candice Fonesca and her team as the North West’s best food experts, they enlisted our help and we’ve been working together ever since. That says it all.

Our eight year (and counting) working relationship with Delifonseca has propelled the brand into the national spotlight and has kept them at the top ever since.

By continuing to create positive press coverage including business milestones, culinary events, charity stories, novel calendar days, award wins, affiliations and reviews we ensure that Delifonseca’s name is constantly being talked about for all of the right reasons.

Alongside traditional coverage, we ensure that Proprietor Candice Fonseca regularly features as an expert within the food and drink industry having appeared on the likes of BBC Radio Merseyside and as a contributor for publications such as Speciality Food Magazine and Your Cheshire & Merseyside Wedding Magazine talking all things food and hospitality trends. 

Delifonseca are constantly innovating in their field and we’re here to let people know about it. Every step of the way, we’re here to help curate events, stunts and even advise on new offers whether that’s a menu launch or a live music night. We’re trusted confidants even when it comes to working outside our remit. 

The last eight years have been a journey and have seen up assist with the launch of Delifonseca’s six-figure sum extension in 2019; a real achievement for the venue.

We’ve also celebrated with the team when they’re won those all-important awards, including ‘Restaurant of the Year’ in both the Merseyside Independent Business Awards 2019 and the Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards 2019. From writing the submissions to cheering them on on the night, through to achieving follow up coverage, we’ve been there every step of the way.

Our ongoing campaign has gained national exposure in publications such as The Independent and The Guardian, alongside regional titles such as Liverpool Echo.

Our PR campaigns have been supported by quality photography, which is used broadly in press and on the restaurant’s social media channels.

The team at Delifonseca are much more than clients, they have become lifelong friends of ours. That’s why, when news broke of the Covid-19 restrictions to the hospitality industry, we were already at work behind the scenes doing everything we could to help. 

With a film crew in tow, we created a series of videos with Candice Fonseca and continued to help throughout the entire lockdown period. From working with the team to create new online ordering concepts such as its popular ‘date night’ offering through to gaining media attention for its work around staff and customer safety, we made sure that the Delifonseca brand was still front and centre and able to carry on through difficult times.
